Very good value accommodation in Central Napoli
Stayed one night. The accommodation is well located within central Naples within easy walking distance of the main railway station, Metro and main tourist areas. The room itself was clean and comfortable and the host friendly, helpful and easy to communicate with through WhatsApp when, for example, agreeing a check-in time. Breakfast consists of tea/coffee and croissant and is provided in the kitchen area, which also provides access to a communal fridge and coffee/water.

Great location for exploring the city of Napoli. Francesca was great to communicate with and provided recommendations of things to see/do during my stay. The only downside is the rooms are all connected to a small (private) hallway so when someone comes back in at night or leaves in the morning, you can hear them from your room (especially when they let the entrance door slam shut).

We stayed there for about 5 days in March. It has been a warm welcome by Francesco, who introduced to the city of Napoli and gave us many useful tips for having a diner oder visiting sights. When you are visiting Napoli, one has to consider, that because of heavy traffic and flights over the Centro Storica, it is not the most quiet environment. All in All perfect for a city trip.

It a typical old city down town accommodation with a large balcony. The room/ bathroom was modern and clean. The building and surroundings give a real feeling of old Napoli and offer an easy access to train station and port.Our hostess Francesca was easy to reach and was super helpful. Stay like a local
This was a perfect little spot for me, my mom and sister to do an overnight in Naples between Sorrento and Florence. The rooms are in a residential building set back from the main busy street. The room was very clean, well appointed with comfortable beds, a nice bathroom and great AC. It allowed us to explore Naples safely and among locals in a unique way!

Lovely place, well situated and the room we had was perfect for us. The common area was nice with a small fridge, free coffee and tea and filtered water. Communication with the B&B was easy and they were helpful in providing tips for places to eat, visit, where to park, and even places to wash clothes, etc. The only minus is while it states it includes a free breakfast: 1) It's an Italian breakfast i.e. one drink (coffee, tea or juice) and one sweet pastry (culture adaption needed as we are more of a yoghurt, fresh fruit, and eggs family :-)) and 2) it's served a cafe within a few minutes (<5min) walking distance from the B&B. The staff at the cafe are super friendly and the pastries were fresh and delicious, which we took as a afternoon snack. I would stay here again.

This was a small, simply but tastefully decorated Room. The bathroom was new and spotlessly clean. Shared kitchen facilities were available and this area was immaculate. We loved getting a tea or coffee without going out. The manager was excellent. Very helpful and caring. She made contact to give us directions and guided us into the bnb. She was very knowledgeable about tours and dining opportunities in Naples and sent through a range of suggestions. The bnb is close to main station and various Metro lines. The bnb is close to the old town. It has a lift, too!

Overall the room was in good shape, the bed was comfortable and the air conditioning worked great. The building the rooms are in is a little bit of the dirty side and is pretty smelly as soon as you walk in, which give a bad impression when you walk in. The fridges in room were broken so you have to us the communal one. To enhance the experience of each customer those could be fixed. Also the door to my wardrobe fell off after i move it for the first time. My husband put it back on. I noticed the second door was propped on the balcony. Overall, I’d say just more attention to the small detail and overall maintenance would be good for the hotel. The check in was very easy and the staff that checked us in was very helpful and nice.

Great for a two night stay
I will start with the many positives! The staff went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable, particularly Francesco. The balcony was such a highlight and so special. The bed was very comfortable, and the room was very clean. And the location was fantastic! We didn’t need to take the metro anywhere. We walked to every site we went to :). There are some areas with room for improvement. To start, the lighting in the room was too white and had only one overhead light. It gave the room a clinical feel at night. Some bedside tables with warm light would go a long way. The building that our room was in was very run down. It was an interesting (and authentic) experience but nothing like the pictures. The fridge in room didn’t work. And the closet was broken with no hangers. Honestly with a few minor upgrades (lighting, fixing the fridge and closet) the room would be perfect. The room also smelled strongly of sulphur when we first got there but went away after a few hours of airing it out with the balcony. And that may just be Naples ;). All in all, it’s still a great price for what you get and we had a positive experience. If they made those minor upgrades and we were put in main building, we’d happily stay again!
