Nice place, RUDE owner
The owner is very RUDE. She is as nasty as previous guests say she is. She also has a lot of terms and conditions which include no room service, no full breakfast on Sundays etc. When we arrived late in Swaziland we got lost, I called her for directions she answered 'Hello, I am asleep'. I inquired about something via an intercom because there is no one at reception she answered "If you had read the notices on the wall you would know xyz". On check out day she interrupted us and knocked on the door and started shouting at us like children for misusing her dishcloth... we had enough and told her about her disgusting behaviour and that it was not a secret. Please, unless you are desperate or can manage confrontation found somewhere else to stay. It's clean but she is a big turn off.

DO NOT STAY HERE
While the property is nice, the owner Monique is not qualified to manage any property. We have had several issues during our stay and some were resolved, others were not, When I mentioned this to Expedia, Expedia reached out to Monique and here is her reply:
If his wife got sick I think that is a far stretch to blame the hairdryer, but I guess if he went to such leghts to complain about something as stupid as a geyser breaking - which is totally unforeseeable then I guess it says a lot about their character..
So it is stupid of me to expect hot water (Its cold at night in March), they promise a hair dryer and don't deliver, my wife gets a cold from wet hair, and we are the ones with bad character. There is no apology, no process changes, just blame the customer. WOW, just WOW. And, by the way, it took expedia 3 emails to get Monique to reply to them,
I highly recommend you give your money to other establishments whoi appreciate their guests.

The free wifi announcement is a lie.
The free wifi announcement is a lie. They give you 250mb free wifi and then you have to pay for additional wifi. The TV did it work properly and there was basically nothing to do in the room. I wouldn't recommend it it.
