Very friendly and clean, but distant from Center
You cannot find a friendlier or more welcoming group. Victoria (Vicky) and all try to ensure you have everything you need and also speak very good English if you don’t speak elementary Spanish. This is a B&B, so there are tables in common areas upstairs and down to sit at, and breakfast at a large table with eggs to order, homemade jam. Room is comfortable with an adjustable fan above and wifi that works well. I had trouble with the password, mistaking the last character as “s” but was actually a “5”. There was plenty of hot water, and open windows at night and early morning ventilate the room with fresh air well. If staying long term, there is tons of closet or storage space, at least in my room. Main drawback or concern: This is located 2.5km out of the center, and walking is not easy on the uneven stone street and sidewalk. i did walk down and also return, uphill at 9:30 pm in some very dark streets, at 6300 feet above sea level, so that was a challenge and I don’t recommend it. Most local people have not heard of this place so even to taxi drivers you will have to explain the street, “Cuesta de San Jose, lejos (far)”. Uber should work okay as you can predesignate where the destination is. Tip: Uber works very well all over San Miguel de Allende, cheaper and cleaner cars. Be aware, this is a quiet residential area with no commercial activity, which can be a blessing to get away from the center, but requies an effort to get to El Jardin and the Parroquia area.

Super wonderful place
We loved staying here. Its not far from down town San Miguel but there was Uber to drive us there and back and quiet at night. We meet the owner her mom nad her staff. All super nice and hospitable. I'd def.stay here again. If you love dogs this is a dog friendly property. We recommend this place to anyone.

Great Little B&B
Great place that I got lucky and got at a great rate as well. Vicky was a pleasure to talk to and her breakfast was tasty. The room was beautiful and I was the only guest in the B&B so it was super quiet as well. I'd stay there again for sure.
