The Inn's most attractive feature is its proximity to Johns Hopkins. Otherwise, the facility is no more than adequate, though it is quite expensive, not to mention the $42/night parking fee. Even so, it is thinly staffed at best. During my stay, the restaurant closed at 8 pm, though it was supposed to be open till 10 pm. We had to order from the downstairs bar. There were S&P shakers in the rooms, but they were empty. There are no cups in the bathrooms. The foam pillows are old and undersized. The hot water, at least in our room, took several minutes to arrive. In sum, this is a pricey yet old, tired facility.

We got there late and checked out early. The room was just lovely and the bed comfortable. It was very clean. However, the deadbolt on my door did not work, which was very upsetting. I used some hangers to Jimmy. It closed. Also the hallway smelled as if they hadn’t recently had a fire or somebody was burning rubber. It was just awful.

Really enjoyed the chicken breast meal. I had the mac and cheese and that was also so good. The sauce on the chicken was delicious. Only issue was the front desk person did not tell us that you need to use your key to go up in the elevators and the location for breakfast.

My check in time was 4pm but there wasn't a room ready until after 5 which was an inconvenience. The hallways smelled pretty bad and my room didn't smell the best either. That wasn't my first stay there .maybe the staff are overwhelmed or shorthanded. Hopefully it's better next time

The way we were treated by the restaurant staff was horrific (food was literally thrown at us). Then we were totally disregarded by management even though multiple people complained and they promised to call us to address it. We were there for a family member's brain surgery, these horrific people made it 10x worse.
