Great Hotel Conveniently Located
We stayed here for four nights and had a wonderful time. Our room was spacious, our bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was like a spa. The entire facility was spotless. Excellent breakfast buffet is available at extra cost. Enrico is so friendly and helpful. Highly recommend.

Great communication with the property. They reached out prior to arrival for estimated time. They were there to greet us. This is a very conveniently located piece of property that makes it easy to get to mass transportation, as well as cultural sites. Plenty of restaurants and shopping in the area. Great BandB
Enrico is fabulous running the B and B. The room we had was lovely though it wasn’t a space to hang out. Only one chair. Bathroom very nice. Comfortable bed. Very good breakfast with large variety of food. Perfect cappuccino!

Enrico is the perfect host and his little B&B residence is just lovely. It is well-situated in Firenze and very close to the main public market which is a MUST. You are left pretty much to your own devices (which we love but you may not). We received many suggestions from him on check in which we did mostly all of and they were all great. The room itself is large, comfortable and SILENT! Even over a noisy street. We were able to leave our bags at check out and return later which helped with our afternoon train departure. All in all a great stay.

This B&B was the perfect location in Florence, very close to the Duomo and others things. The breakfast in the morning (though we only had it the first morning) was great. He had an expression machine to make you whatever coffee you wanted in the morning, there was fruit salad, pastries, yogurt, cereal, eggs, and meats and cheeses to have. We were left a large wattle bottle, a small snack, shower caps, slippers, and more in the room upon arrival. It was very clean and updated, the cleanest place we stayed at during our trip to Spain/other places in Italy. We only stayed two nights but wish we could have done more! Well worth the money. Florence is a great place to stay. The area seemed safe and there is a lovely place to eat right next door called II Vezzo, we had the steak weighed by the grams, more expensive, but it was the best steak we have ever had and was worth the price. The pasta and bruschetta we had there was great as well. We would love to stay again during our next trip to Florence in the future! Can’t recommend this place enough!

Property is part of a very old building situated only 5 minutes from the Mercato Centrale and 10 mins walk from Santa Maria Novella. Very easy to reach from Pisa Airport. Enrico was a fantastic host, serving us breakfast every morning himself and he was always willing to help. B&B is clean and tidy. Getting around Florence is simple, the main Duomo is no more than 10-15 walk away. The Mercato Centrale has loads of food stalls selling Tuscan dishes and very decent prices. There are wine bars, juice bars, cheese stalls, ice cream stalls etc. The main market also sells fresh food so you can take away. Plenty of restaurants if you prefer. Florence is a shoppers paradise, especially leather products, so you are unlikely to go home with empty suitcases. Scenery is fabulous, historical buildings are plenty but you need to book tickets to the main attractions in advance and turn up early to make sure you get in.

Alberto was very helpful, giving us plenty of information about places to visit, where to eat etc. B&B is in a wonderful 15th/16th Century building with wooden beamed ceilings. Rooms very clean and comfortable. Located just a stone's throw from Il Campo.

Cutest place in a great area.
LOVE this cute place, great location, friendly staff, centrally located, 5 minutes from train station and to the center of everything. Everything is new, fresh and perfect. Only draw back is there is no elevator for carrying luggage up and down but, it is NOT a deterrent and is common in Italy. We will absolutely be back!
