The hotel has nice staff and it's an excellent value for money - but the neighborhood is a little on the rough side. The train station is easily walkable from the hotel and you can walk to other areas of Marseille easily. The room itself wasn't huge, but plenty of space to walk around the bed and there was a tub in the bathroom.

Breakfast is very basic, however strange that we clients have to put the table cutlery back inside a tray rolley after having eaten (this has been obliged by the catering employee putting a small signage on almost each table in front of you), not really customer friendly…especially not for a hotel…

Property was very good albeit in the middle of a huge city. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. On reception they advertised times and a menu for their bar and restaurant. However when we enquired they told us it was closed but they would happily order in for us if we needed assistance. Room was very good apart from the mugs for coffee both of which were dirty and very obviously used fairly recently as the tray they were on was wet and stained. Staff did after being made aware supplied clean ones. Overall would recommend. Breakfast was continental but plenty of choices, very good.

No value for my money
For the price I paid I should have got more value for the money. The bathroom is extremely small. The bath towels were thin like sheets, did not absorb the water. The breakfast was so low in quality, a real insult. To be a 3 star hotel the standard should be higher.
