Nice location just off the piazza Maggiore. Elevator very convenient and very safe with double locks. Great bathroom and very clean nice daily service but no breakfast given a credit voucher to eat at a bar that has very rude service breakfast consist of one cup of coffee a croissant and a 4 ounce bottle of juice. No substitutions.

Inconsistent service
Excellent location. The room was clean, comfortable with a spacious bathroom. The only problems were the check-in/check-out and maid’s attitude. The check-in time was changed from 1400hrs to 1500hrs the day of arrival. We found a Osteria to wait it out. However, they didn’t arrive until 1530. The check-out time changed from the time of booking…luckily our hotel in Rome was able to check us in early. As to the Maid…we asked for an extra roll of bathroom tissue and she acted like it was her first born. Then as we went to leave, she was seated blocking half the hallway, on her phone, and didn’t move or acknowledge our request to move.

It was difficult to find, we called the number provided and the woman was rude but did send another women to let us in. The AC was broken and made a terrible noise. There is no front desk if you have any concerns. The location was good and the bed was comfortable. Only one set of keys.

This is the second time we have stayed at Casa Isolani Piazza Maggiore. The views of the piazza are amazing! Rooms are clean, spacious and beautiful. We appreciated the noise-canceling windows, heated towel rack and large bathroom. We will stay here again when visiting Bologna.

The location was great, the room was great, the breakfast at the cafe around the corner was disappointing. It only included coffee, a pastry and juice. When I asked for more coffee it was 3 euro for another cup. Every other cafe in the area charged less than 1.5 euro. Most European hotels include a nicer breakfast

Un poco de Sensación de abandono
Lo primero no es exactamente un hotel, es una Casa que han reformado para alquiler de habitaciones, no hay recepción por lo que has de comunicar cuando llegas exactamente para que te abran, yo reservé un coche desde el aeropuerto con ellos, porque asi el mismo chofer me abria la casa. El chofer no estaba al salir del avion, tuve que contactar con el hotel que se comunicó con el chofer y me llamó para decirme que tardaria unos 15 minutos que si queria coger un taxi cosa que hice, salio mas barato que el coche . Se lo comuniqué por whasapp a la casa y mandaron a una chica a que abriera, a la que tuve que esperar en la calle. Deprisa y corriendo me enseñó la habitacion me cobró 3 euros de tasas que nadie dijo que tenia que pagar . Le pregunte que cuando era el desayuno y era en un bar cercano de 8 a 11. Le expliqué que no podia desayunar pues debia coger el tren a Ravena a las 8 y le dio exactamente igual, podia haberme perdonado las tasas por las molestias. El lugar está bien aunque mas sola que la una, la zona es supercentrica , por la noche algo ruidosa pero las ventanas son excelentes y no permiten pasar el ruido un alivio, habia aire pero nadie me explicó como ponerlo...la tele solo dos canales uno arabe y otro de telediario
