My go to chain
Cobblestone is my new go to when I see one. Always clean and friendly with a good breakfast. Since they are only in small towns they are sometimes a bit off the main route but to me worth a few miles off my route plus small towns can be really cool when you start looking.

I did not realize this place did not have an elevator. The breakfast was good. The staff members were very kind, but short staffed. The person handling checkout also was manning tge breakfast by herself. She was extremely friendly eventhough extremely busy and running back and forth. Most places I have stayed have one person for each position.

Right on the river. Everything one would expect of a fine facility was there. Originally had us in a second floor room. The facility does not have an elevator. When I told them my wife was handicapped and had support equipment, they switched us to a first floor room.
