Hotel confortável. Atendendo as necessidades. O ponto alto foi o atendimento da equipe. No momento do check-in, quando entramos no apartamento havia um cheiro muito forte de cigarro. Como o hotel estava lotado, não foi possível a troca de apartamento, mas a equipe providenciou uma higienização total do apartamento, troca das roupas de cama e banho, e tudo foi resolvido. Importante ressaltar que em momento algum houve qualquer tipo de má vontade por parte da equipe do hotel, muito pelo contrário.

A localização do Hotel foi perfeita para ir ao RockinRio. Quarto amplo, limpo, arejado, com tudo arrumado. Só o banheiro que poderia estar com os rejuntes do box limpos e claros. Café da manhã maravilhoso e funcionários muito educados e gentis. Não tive tempo de utilizar a piscina, mas fui conhecer o espaço e achei boa e limpa . Vi que possui estacionamento e hall de entrada amplos. Super indico!

Minha experiência no Hotel Dom Barra foi razoável, mas alguns pontos merecem atenção. O principal problema foi o forte cheiro de cigarro no 2º andar. O odor era constante no corredor e acabou entrando também no nosso quarto, o que tornou a estadia menos confortável. Acredito que seja um ponto que o hotel deveria tratar com prioridade. Outro aspecto que poderia melhorar é o atendimento da recepção. Não fomos mal atendidos, mas a equipe passou a impressão de pouca simpatia e falta de disposição para ajudar. A localização é, sem dúvida, o grande diferencial para quem vai ao Rock in Rio, já que o acesso ao festival é excelente. Por outro lado, durante o evento a mobilidade na região fica bastante comprometida. Fomos ao shopping e, na volta, tivemos que descer do Uber bem longe do hotel por causa dos bloqueios e do trânsito. Isso faz com que a vantagem da localização venha acompanhada de algumas dificuldades. Também achei o aumento das diárias durante o Rock in Rio muito elevado. Entendo que eventos aumentam a demanda, mas o valor cobrado chegou a ser cerca de três vezes maior e, na minha opinião, a estrutura e os serviços do hotel não justificam esse reajuste. O café da manhã foi um ponto positivo da estadia. No geral, o hotel atende bem quem busca proximidade com o festival, mas acredito que há oportunidades de melhoria, principalmente em relação ao cheiro de cigarro, ao atendimento da recepção e ao custo-benefício durante o período do Rock in Rio.
