私の宿泊して部屋のシャワーに不具合があった。 シャワーを使うと根本から水が漏れてしまい 洗面所の床が水浸しになり 足が濡れてしまった。 靴下の代わりがなく、１日濡れたまま過ごすことになった。 フロントの方にこの間は伝えてあります。

朝方、廊下からアナウンスが聞こえました。何を言っているのか聞き取れなかったので、 部屋のドアを開けて廊下を確認すると、エレベーターが止まっていて『非常口はこちらです』と、自動のアナウンスが繰り返し流れていました。 部屋への緊急放送とスタッフさんからのアナウンスはかなり時間がたってからのように感じました。 安全の確認された時も、原因を簡単にでも説明があるとより安心すると感じました。 朝食のおにぎりは美味しかったです。 シュウマイや、メンチ、玉子焼きなどが 入っているおにぎりは、ありましたが、 お惣菜の単体はありませんでした。 朝食を食べるスペースは広くないため、立ち食いされている方もいらっしゃました。 お部屋に持って行って食べていいと、朝食担当の方がおっしゃってました。 次回お世話になる時は、そうしたいと思いました。 お世話になりました。ありがとうございました。
