We had an excellent stay at B&B Skyhouse Chiaia and gladly recommend it. The location is outstanding—right in the heart of Naples’ elegant Chiaia district, close to everything yet comfortable and relaxing. Our room had a wonderful balcony overlooking the lively streets, letting us enjoy the neighborhood’s atmosphere from above.
Many mid-range restaurants and cafés are nearby, while the upscale dining and shopping district is within walking distance, surrounded by boutiques such as Prada, Valentino, and Louis Vuitton. Two metro stations are close by, providing easy access to M1 and M6, the principal lines serving central Naples.
The design is unique, stylish, and full of character. Our room had high ceilings of about five meters, creating a sense of space and preserving the atmosphere of a historic Neapolitan building.
We especially appreciated that the property does not economize on air conditioning. When we arrived, the AC was already operating at full capacity, and guests can leave it running throughout the day. This is a rare and valuable comfort among Italian hotels in this price range, particularly in summer.
The host was friendly, attentive, and communicative. Breakfast was traditionally Italian and sweet. Perhaps a few savory choices could be added for international guests who prefer more variety, but this small suggestion did not diminish our positive impression. Overall, an excellent experience in one of Naples’ best locations, and we would happily stay again.
