Rude staff and worn fittings in rooms
The staff at the counter was rude. We wanted double bed but got 3 single beds and was promised a change in rooms next day but the staff rudely rejected their promise the previous day. Parking is available but again very rude security and told me not to remove my car from the parking as it won't be available. Even when I went back and after removing the car he did not want me to re-enter the parking. The rooms are okay and fairly clean bedsheets and towels but fixtures inside are worn and we had a leaky shower which flooded out bathroom for both days even after letting them know. Although I understand it may be fairly reasonably priced especially during peak season but I would not recommend this hotel as the staff in the office and security are very unhelpful and rude. Rather pay a little more and stay elsewhere. Main positive is the distance to the prophets mosque is really short compared to other hotels in this price range.

It's not a 3 star hotel, not more than a 1 star hotel. Not clean and very small room and toilet. We booked double room but it was so small that you can't even pray in the room, i moved luggage rack to offer prayer. Hot water was boiling hot, burnt my leg which slightly touched the hot water pipe. No kettle in the room, no water bottles provided in the room. Iron was not provided, in fact, they don't allow iron, kettles, heaters etc. in the room. It is 5-8 minutes away from the Haram. It was cheap but wouldn't recommend anyone.

Good comfortable stay, cleaning staff very good
The trip was very good because the hotel check in was quick. Hotel cleaning staff very friendly and going out of their way to help you once you ask them for anything. Reception guy not always present but shows up once you ask for him. Wifi only work in lobby so best to get a local sim which is cheap for internet. Overall very good stay. I went in the month of shaban, a month before Ramadan.

- no internet inside the room. Only at lobby internet available - room with 4 beds was too small. not as the room in the picture. - no breakfast available for the price and for a 3 star hotel - no one help us carry luggages to the room upon check in. Our group mostly 50 above years old.

Average
The price was quite cheap considering we had two rooms for 4 days. The hotel location was quite convenient as it was a 7-10 minute walk to Masjid Al Nabawi. However, it is slightly more for women as their prayer area is more towards the back of the mosque when you enter from the gate which is closest to the hotel. The room was comfortable and (mostly) clean. There were stains on the pillow covers which meant the rooms hadn't been cleaned properly prior to our arrival. Furthermore, the hotel staff hadn't cleaned our room even once whilst we were there even though we had put the sign on our door handle asking them to clean it. We had an issue with the room key cards every time we used it so we had to go downstairs to reception every time before entering our room. Overall it was an average hotel and I would only recommend staying here if you're visiting Madinah for 2-3 days.

hotel service was poor. they didnt have a bell boy, was difficult to take luggage to the room. they gave no assistance. there was no shop in the hotel. i went asa family of 4 and room was very cramped. haram sharif was 2 mins walk that was the best thing about this hotel.

Not a nice experience
From the very first to the very last step, nothing was upto expectations. The reception is unattended 90% of the time. The staff is not really concerned about your presence. Wifi is only available at the reception and is dead slow. Cleanliness was not satisfactory. The rooms are ‘made up’ and not really cleaned and changed and that too only if you ask for it. I will not recommend it untill it is the last place available.
