Bad lady receptionist service
Overall the hotel is nice and modern with good hot springs facilities and hot springs tub in the room.
However our good experience there did not start off well with our bad experience with the lady receptionist named Mandy. She did not tell us about the free beverages and snacks we could enjoy in the room. When I overheard the male receptionist telling the guests next to us about this privilege, I asked her if there is a fridge in the room hoping that she would tell us about the free drinks and snacks. But again she just said there is a fridge. In the end I have to ask if we have to pay for the stuff before she reluctantly said they are free with a very bad attitude. And when we asked about the other facilities she told us to switch on the TV in the room to find out. It is important for a receptionist to let the guests know what they can enjoy at the hotel for things and facilities they have paid for.
So, our experience at the hotel could have been better if we had received good service during check in.
