The hotel was really awesome. It's clean and has all the bells and whistles of a western hotel. When we checked in, we had a free upgrade to a room with a balcony, which was pretty cool. The design of the bathroom is a little peculiar, by that I meant that there's no door or shower curtain for the shower, so some of the water splashes when taking a shower. Also, there's no door for the bathroom, so not much privacy to speak of. You get used to it after a while.
The only thing that's confusing to us was the breakfast. The breakfast was included in our stay. I think the breakfast was half self-serve and half ordering kind. The self-serve part was the dishes on the counter. However, it wasn't clear what one should do since the plates were not positioned outward for you to take. Also, it was kinda awkward to take fruits as the staff stopped you and said they'd cut the fruits for you. And the ordering part I guess was asking them to cook you either noodles, rice, or dumplings. I think maybe a sign would be very helpful as to indicate what to do for breakfast, ordering or self-serving. Something like: please help yourself with the food items on the counter; the following items are available upon ordering: coffee, noodles, rice, and dumplings.
Overall, a great hotel and I would recommend it to our friends.
