I don’t often write reviews but felt compelled to share our trip to Six Senses Fiji. Beautiful, tranquil, culturally enriching, and serviced by a gracious and friendly staff. Our Gem “Tex” was super friendly, engaging and very helpful with all our requests and needs. The service and staff at all the restaurants was fantastic. Led by Ace (Kira, Luke, Seini, Emmi, Lote and many others) provided wonderful service. Save was a superstar hiking guide (make sure you make it to the 2nd peak). Peter was great with all our watersport needs. The jet ski snorkel trip is a must. Our guide Jay was awesome! The reef he took us to was filled with fish and live coral. Accommodations exceeded expectations. Very clean, spacious, nicely appointed with all the essential amenities. Our residence had an infinity pool that fronted the ocean. A bit on the cool side but very refreshing once we got used to it. Housekeeping was amazing. The kitchen, room and pool areas were brought back to move in conditions every day. Six Senses Fiji was a magical experience for our family and the staff we met welcomed us like family. We were all sad to leave but look forward to our return. Thank you to Mark, Tex and the Six Senses staff for making our family trip so memorable.

Perfect weekend break
This was our first time at the Six Seasons- 2 adults, one 15 month old toddler. We LOVED it and hope to be back. The resort is classy without being pretentious. Breakfast was superb. Transfers were easy. We came from New Zealand and found everyone welcoming. We were contacted well before arriving and asked if we'd like a fence around our pool. We said yes, as our baby loves the water and obviously didn't want any accidents. He enjoyed being in the garden when we were in our villa and tried to open the fence but it was very well secured. Our villa and the resort were very well maintained and clean; i have given 4 stars because of some small things- a few squashed frogs on a path and grass that were there the whole time we were, an empty medication foil by our pool, also there the whole time and a wet tussue clump by the hot spa pool there for 24 hours. Definitely nothing major by any means, but noticeable. Of mention too- probably the best pillows I've ever slept on. My partner also really found the bed very comfortable.

Food was excellent ( Thanks to chef Ben even making us special meal for my birthday ) . Our concierge Iva was amazing and so helpful and I got the best massage from Anita at their spa . The spa was really incredible . They have an amazing beach with so many things to do , we definitely will be back and highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a true 5 star resort in this area .

The level of service was subpar for a property like this, they were slow, with a rigid and not personalized approach. In addition to that, the sanitary conditions were questionable… there was a cockroach in our bottled water provided by the resort!

As I sit on the beach awaiting our boat transport back to Denarau, I pondered over our stay at this property. There are so many ways to describe our experience but one word stuck out more than all the rest…Family. Every person of staff, did not feel like they were working but rather it felt as if we were sitting at home with our loved ones. Kini was our GEM who was quick to respond and provide updates on our stay as well as coordinate reservations. Your GEM is your go to. Ace at the restaurant introduced herself and was happy to explain our food options. There was one person who stood out more than anybody else. She became our sister. Our family. She went above and beyond in getting to know us, provide options in dining, and was just all around friendly and helpful. Her name was Karolina. She was always around to ask if we needed anything. She remembered the small details of our stay and made us really feel part of the family and made us comfortable as we spend our honeymoon thousands of miles away from home. Although we are away from home, Six Senses is now our new home away from home.

We had a fantastic 5-night stay at Six Senses Fiji for our honeymoon. It's so easy to travel to with a direct flight from SFO or LAX, a 20 min private drive to the port and then 40 minute (nice) shared boat ride. Six Senses provides an individual host for your stay and everything is taken care of for you. The staff are friendly and attentive. We have not rested this deeply in a long time. The food is delicious and the excursions are fun and unique. I highly recommend staying here!

Fantastic resort for my family of 4! Great environment, very nice room, friendly staffs around the resort with great hospitality. 2/10 Poor

Let me start off by saying that I realize I should be leaving gushing reviews of the hotels and resorts that I like so that you get the idea that I’m not a complainer or overly picky person in general. I am not a combative guest, and will let most gripes slide…until there are a great many things that go wrong during my stay. The Good: The room service menu was very limited, but the food was very good. The room was lovely and very comfortable. I had two massages at the spa, and they were fantastic. Definitely splurge on a massage there! The reef at the resort is unremarkable, yet I was able to go on one of the snorkeling excursions that they offered. We went to Sunflower reef which was phenomenal! Abundant coral and fish. Definitely the highlight of my stay. The Bad: The website describes every beachfront pool villa as having a sunbed on the beach, yet only every other villa has one. Indeed, villa 11 has neither a daybed or loungers on the beach, and no room to do so. Some villas have big puffy “chairs”, some loungers, some umbrellas. Luck of the draw. The landscaping is sparse: the area was clearcut for construction, so all the planting is from scratch. In 5 years it will be lush and pretty, and there will be areas of shade, but for now there is no respite from the sun. Consequently, it is hotter than Hades here. The website states they one can get PADI certification there, but the dive master is only ISA certified. He was very nice and apologetic that
