A late check in of a guest #3 and #4 at 12:13 AM kept both my daughter and I up till 2 AM. We had to arise at 6 AM to meet our ground transportation, and I just have never banged on someone's door asking 'Can we just keep it down a little?' I wished I had..

Nice hotel, located right on the beach. We stayed in a beach-view room with a lovely balcony offering a direct view of the ocean. The overall experience was pleasant, but the room cleaning service was lacking. When they were supposed to clean the room, they only brought fresh towels and didn’t clean or even wipe the floor. The rooms at Brisa were very clean. The staff was very nice and answered any questions we had. I was curious why we were given an upstairs room (my mother is 75) when there were few people staying at the hotel and the other was available directly below us. My only complaint was about the distance of the hotel from the water. It's no short walk down to the beach, compared to other properties.
