This hotel is at very good location, close to shops and restaurants. Next to the bus station so easy to take bus to water falls in Argetina and Brazil sides, and from and to IGR airport.

Great service from the front desk staff. They were very helpful. The bus station is just in front of the hotel which is just fantastic. It is possible to walk everywhere in town from the hotel.

A convenient hotel
The location is very good, just opposite to the bus terminal. The front desk staff was helpful. However, he was the only staff that can speak English. The hotel should hire more staff as him, which can solve the communication problem. The hardware of hotel is good, especially the garden. But the service needs improvements. Some facilities should be repaired or fixed.

Everyone was very nice. We arrived dripping wet and they immediately offered us towels before giving us our room key. Breakfast had a variety of options and restaurants were walkable for dinner. The lobby was a nice environment to hang out while we waited for the taxi they ordered for us to the airport.

Location is very good, at the city center and the next door to the bus station. The breakfast is better than expected. But the shower flow is very small and temperature changes from hot to cold then hot/cool varies by itself.

The air conditioner worked and the beds were reasonably comfortable. Towels were threadbare, and in very limited supply.
