The hotel had a home town feel. The staff was helpful, informative, and friendly. They knew my name and made me feel welcome. The room was simple, clean and comfortable. The rate was quite reasonable. The food in the restaurant was delicious. I will be coming back to this hotel next year.

Okey kontra priset för vistelsen. Frukosten var mkt bra med självservering. Städningen dålig och att man inte kontrollerat efter föregående gäst. Påtalat för hotellet men ingen vidare respons eller hantering av synpunkten tyvärr.

Bodde i nyrenoverat litet rum med toa och dusch vilket var fint , men att skriva att frukostbuffé ingår var ett skämt vilket man fick ta själva i källaren. Väldigt mycket liv utanför på verandan som ni sa skulle stänga kl 23 . Så nä hit kommer vi inte ger gånger

Vi har været på langt bedre og billigere små hoteller i Sverige. Værelset var meget lille, vi så ikke noget til personalet og der manglede bestik ved selvbetjeningsmorgenmaden. Hotellet reklamerer med restaurant, og først sent fik vi meddelelse om, at den var lukket på dagen. Alt var i øvrigt lukket i miles omkreds.

De va otrevlig och snurrig personal. De fanns ingen vegetariskt mat på hotellet. ( De fasans på menyn men gick inte att beställa) tråkigt att man inte fick nån bra frukost de va mer som ett vandrarhem en ett hotell. Rummen va slitna och inte bra städade.

Blandade intryck
Mycket blandade intryck. Bra läge på väg till Vansbro eller Sälen. Bra kombination med restaurang, hotell och vandrarhem. Billigt. Frukost är förberett, men man får fixa det själv i ett pentry i källaren. Kniv att skära upp limpan saknades. Frallorna hade en svag mögelsmak. I källaren finns ett TV-rum. Det lät bra, men det var kallt och luktade mögel i källaren och med fjärrkontrollen kunde man inte byta kanal, så det var bara TV2 som gällde.
