I never went to Rarotonga. I cancelled this stay due to medical conditions and large increase in covid numbers in NZ and Expedia never actioned this via Liv Johnson, Muri retreat. We both checked and the dates I had cancelled and these were still NOT available for anyone else to book. I tried to contact Expedia’s virtual assistant to cancel but it would NOT accept my email address or the Muri booking retreat number. I contacted Liv Johnson and she said Expedia has not replied to her also. I now have asked Liv for Expedia’s contact but no info as yet. Just to add this booking should never have happened with Expedia as Liv Johnson said they were offline with Muri retreat. When I contacted Liv , Muri retreat, the initial booking wasn’t even loaded with them via Expedia. Liv then made me a booking which I had to end up cancelling. This whole process was a mess and still is as I want a full refund and don’t know how/whom/find expedias contacts.I have asked Muri retreat to email me a letter that I cancelled booking and for Expedias contacts due to medical reasons. I have still not received this from Liv Johnson, Muri retreat
