The property was adequate. The furniture was stained and overall the place seemed old. It was clean and the local area was fine. We were there for the weekend and the only parking option was an Uber away (because we had luggage). You could walk the 15 min if you wanted. Nothing was bad enough to complain, but I wouldn't stay here again.

This property was the dirtiest apartment I have ever stayed in. There were disgusting stains on the pullout couch (which there was no linen provided for if we did want to use it to sleep on), mascara stains on the pillow cases, we found hairs in the beds, black mold in the shower, weird stains on the curtains. The list goes on. The primary bedroom is street facing so it is incredibly loud and you can hear every conversation of people passing on the street. The only redeeming quality of this place was the friendly concierge.

Property was just nice and clean, however there were a few things that were broken upon arrival. The shower head would not mount to the wall and continuously fell. The pull out couch was also in terrible condition almost about to fall apart. Other than that location is what is to expected not too far from the heart of Montreal but not in the center of it.
