Convenient garage parking was on the second floor (entrance from the Helsinkistraße, 20 EUR/day). A subway station and a big shopping centre were right next to the hotel. Our room was quite small, there was not much space with several suitcases and bags. But otherwise the room was good. Breakfast wasn't too varied, there were no hot meals. Staff was mostly very young (in the reception and in the restaurant), there is room for improvement regarding the level of customer service. Hopefully there was a senior member of staff to resolve an unpleasant situation. This hotel is a good choice for a short stay during a conference nearby. A one-way subway ride to the city centre took 40 min and cost 5.80 EUR/person.

Went to the Adele concert. Walking distance was fabulous stay. Very modern and clean hotel. Right outside many food options, transport links and bikes if you would like to use them. Would recommend if any events are nearby.

The hotel is inexpensive due to its isolated and ugly location. The building is an uninspiring, cheap building sandwiched between a semi-commercial zone and a freeway. There are NO facilities or transport nearby. Its a desert - Public transport? It exists as buses but there is no underground stop nearby.

This hotel is great for the Messe and right by the metro. It has an amazing gin bar. My only issue is €15 for a rubbish breakfast. Poor selection of cold choices, dry over baked pastries and nothing hot. Breakfast is not worth it.

Pleasant, quiet stay outside of Munich.
I would like to compliment the hotel on how quiet it was, which I extremely appreciated. This hotel is outside of Munich, but each day I took the train into town and it was easy - the hotel is right by the U-Bahn station. There's a shopping mall right next door, as well. I was happy with my stay.

Super stay at Motel 1
Lovely decor, fun design elements especially in the shared spaces. The service at check in and out was fast, also great friendly attentive barman at the breakfast restaurant. This is a brand new hotel, everything is spotless and working like a charm. Rooms are sound proof , could work comfortably using free wifi from the little sitting area in the room. For business or quick getaway i highly recommend
