Locked in and trapped
We were very disappointed with Eternal Luxury Suites for 3 reasons:
1 -- The promised internet connection was down for almost half of our 4 day stay. We contacted them numerous times, but nothing was resolved.
2 -- The person who checked us in indicated that towels and sheets would be changed daily as part of the 30 euro/day cleaning fee. Later we were informed by management that towels only would be changed. For that fee, both items should be changed daily.
3 -- Upon leaving the suite, we left the keys in the unit as instructed. However the front door to the building was locked preventing our exit, and we were trapped in the lobby. With a taxi waiting and a plane to catch, we made multiple calls to the management but the response was not timely and we missed our connections. What if there had been a fire in the building? Very unsafe and not recommended for this reason alone.
