2/10 Poor

Deceptive advertising
The pictures on Hotels.com show a decent looking place, but it is anything but decent. There is an old outdated elevator that only fits one person and a suitcase.
The walls were so thin that we were prematurely awakened by movement outside.
There was a moldy smell in a room next to the elevator on the main level that cause my 6 yr old asthmatic son to cough profusely. I wasn’t able to stay beyond that one night. We checked out the next day and when I explained to the guy at the front desk (who spoke very little English), he nodded and told me to talk to Expedia about the refund instead of telling me no to my face like a man. Expedia called them and they said no.
In fairness to the property, it was stated in the beginning that it was a non-refundable arrangement. However, I would think that when I explain the situation, they’d show mercy and bend on their policy. I wasn’t looking for a full refund. Only for the days remaining nights. They simply didn’t care about a father having to make this choice to protect his son. Based on that, I could not recommend anyone to stay here.
If you are a single traveler or a couple with no intention of spending much time in the room, maybe this will work.
The rooms are old, outdated and ragged. The management staff was shady to ME. Maybe they were nice to others, but I can only speak for myself.
