There are no adequate words to describe this most excellent hotel. All staff are fabulous but the standouts are Dorian in Restaurant Scott Head Bar attendant and Steven at front desk. A most memorable stay.

We stayed for 2 nights in the Rowan suite. It was absolutely brilliant, room was immaculate and very clean. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, and even showed us to our room and how to use some of the amenities. Beautiful property and felt like a queen! Took a nice hot bath and walked to dinner. Exquisite and large breakfast! Staff was very helpful and accommodating. One thing to note was that there is a 20 pound overnight parking fee, which seems excessive and like a hidden fee (never a fan of those). But overall loved my stay here.
