The hotel staff were friendly, and accommodating, we were able to leave our luggage on our first and last days which was very useful. Easy to walk to various U-Bahn and bus stops, Potsdammer Platz also in walking distance. Would definitely recommend this hotel for a great stay in Berlin!

Great Location

We stayed here for the Berlin Marathon - it was a great location, close to the trains and easy to get around town. Nice hotel with modern, comfortable rooms. Bathroom was a bit dated but had a great shower! One thing to note about the bathrooms, they for some reason have a window for one wall that has blinds you can open and close. Not the most private bathroom.

We had a family room that was very spacious with o e and a half bathrooms, 2 king size beds, 2 sofas, 2 closets Though It wasn’t very clean Everything else was good, very attentive staff, they kept our luggage until we came back to retrieve them. Our flight was late at night, so we really needed this.

The hotel itself was great. Good breakfast (though not too many vegan options), the rooms are comfy and spacious, and the staff were very helpful. It's close to Potsdamer Plaza and the Bradenburg Gate, so all is good. I would suggest that they strengthen the wifi (it was weak in our room) and supply tissues in addition to toilet paper.
