Complete private access to the rooftop patio and hot tub. You will be within walking distance to downtown restaurants, shopping, hospital, theaters, parks, nightlife and more! Walk to Prairie Roots Co-op food market, or take in a locally brewed cider from the cider house down the block. Penthouse comes with parking spot in the heated parking garage.

As advertised
Great property and enjoyed our time once we got in the property. The initial code to access the key from the lockbox was incorrect and in calling the number initially provided we reached an after hour answering service that was no help. Luckily upon emailing we reached a person that could provide another access code to get us in the apartment after an hour or so. We also had to change the filters out on the hottub to get it working again so we lost a night of use there. After the initial night we found the place to wonderful and enjoyed our stay there.

Amazing Rental
Loved this property for our guys golf trip! One of the few rentals I’ve stayed at that had appropriate amount of towels and beds/blankets. Definitely bigger than the photos show as well.

Amazing find in Fargo!
This place is fantastic! The management is great, too. Lots of space, detailed instructions, beautiful layout for family (or friends) and easy access to everything downtown. Only negative was a problem with the hot tub motherboard and we couldn't use it the first 2 days of our trip. Management informed us of the problem before we even discovered it and took care of it as promptly as they could.

very nice condo
Very nice condo in a great location. Beds were comfy. Beautiful decks and patio on the roof. We enjoyed the hot tub and fireplace very much even in the sub zero weather. They really take the time to add a few luxuries like heated toilet seats, warm robes and towels and coffee and creamer and bathroom supplies.

Great Girl's Weekend!
This was a beautiful home! It was spacious, nicely decorated and had all of the amenities we could hope for. 6 of us (adults) stayed there and had plenty of room. The hot tub was clean, hot and wonderful - as well as the rest of the patio. The beds were super comfortable, with plenty of pillows and blankets. Great air conditioning during this hot, muggy weekend. Easy to get in and communicate with the host. We loved it all and would love to stay again!
