Loved the history of the property. The space was perfect for us, giving us the flexibility with our kids sleeping arrangements that we needed. The location was ideal, having just arrived off the Spirit. Check in directions were easy and straightforward. Lovely and light, spacious and clean.

We really enjoyed our stay at 3ree! A cute little place, nicely renovated, in a great location to watch the Spirit sail in & out and to explore the north of Tassie. Communication from owners was just as needed. Fully equipped kitchen & bbq was fantastic & space to park our car off the street was appreciated. It worked perfectly for our three generations on holidays together with grandma in one room & us with the kids in the other. No nasty surprises & very happy to recommend to others.

Perfect place to stay in Devonport if you are sailing on the Spirit of Tasmania as i'ts in walking distance yet very quit considering it's location. As soon as you walk in you immediately scence that the apartment has some sort of history and has a great vibe. It's is vey clean and spacious with everything you need. Just outside your doorstep is a short promenade perfect for a morning walk.
