"From start to finish everything was exceptional! The property is perfectly located in the Old Quarter… you can walk to any spot there is! The staff was amazing! Jimmi and Celena were amazing and helped us with everything! Whatever we needed they assisted us! Jimmi made sure we were comfortable and assisted us with laundry and getting rides! He also helped me with WhatsApp haha! Celena was great! We wanted to get massages and pedicures which are everywhere… but he walked us to the best one and made sure we were okay! There was also the sweetest young lady who seemed to do it all! I believe she mainly made our breakfast, but I’m sure she did more! Always a smile on her face! Gave us tips! Made the best chicken and beef pho!!!

"Even before arrival the service was excellent (through emails). Staff were amazing from start to finish and the food/hotel were great. On available we met with Grace at reception who organised small refreshments after our travels. She advised the must sees while in Hanoi. The room was large and clean and the bed very comfortable. The shower was great, good power. Would definitely recommend this hotel based on the above. We loved it. Also had help from the in house travel agent Jenny with booking a cruise in ha long bay. She was great. It was our first time in Vietnam and within the short time of our arrival we already loved it and knew we’d be back. "
