"Last minute booking so we could be closer to Etosha but wished we stayed longer.
From the moment we checked in we were greeted with warmth and friendliness. We decided to eat at the hotel as we were exhausted even though it was a set menu - best decision we made. The food was something you would expect in a fine dining place! Absolutely delicious and even plated beautifully. Breakfast was the nicest we had our whole trip. Everything was home made and delicious. The best bread I have ever eaten! Benny and the team at Ijaba were all so lovely and sweet.
The bed was really comfy and it was nice having a separate lounge room.
Definitely recommend to anyone wanting a place within an hr of Etosha National Park"
"Somehow I thought the reviews of the property were not that great, but when we arrived the lodge exceeded our expectations. The main area is beautifully decorated and the individual rooms have sufficient privacy and are well equipped."
"Wij hadden een luxetent, en deze was volleidig uitgerust met aparte badkamer en buitenkeuken. Mooie setting om te genieten van de omgeving en de tenten staan ver genoeg uit elkaar zodat je de nodige privacy hebt. De auto kan vlakbij de tent staan. Er is tevens toegang tot het zwembad en restaurant van de lodges. Het ontbijtbuffet was verzorgd en lekker. Goede bedden en goed afsluitbare tent."
