"Room climate was cool when we entered room but heated up quickly. Shower and bathroom great. Room was very clean and comfortable. Staff was very pleasant. Great experience. "

"Overall: a good experience and a good value for the money. Clean and most welcoming with night security adding to the level of comfort. The check in staff - she was lovely and helpful and couldn't do enough for me. The staff member who did my check out on the last day was equally friendly, kind and supportive seeking to help. Only one front desk staff person was cold and unfriendly both times that I interacted with her, so clearly attitude is an issue and perhaps should be coached and given the opportunity to at least pretend to be supportive. Apart from that one, not having daily housekeeping was a bit of a setback but when I asked for towels and tissues, was immediately looked after. The location is great and the overall feeling is one of welcome. I'll be back."
