"Excellent customer service, very clean and relatively spacious room for Tokyo - comfortably fit my husband and I plus our two teenagers. Great location, short walk to a number of train stations. Beds a little hard. But seems to be the norm in Japan. Would definitely stay again. "

"Perfect room for family of four except the windows opens up to interior of the hotel facing other windows. So if you are at a lower floor, it will be dark. Other than that the location is perfect because its convenient and very close to shops, restaurants and transsportation."
