"Room was clean and had all amenities. we stayed one night and it was everything we needed. Rooms are small but workable. Customer service was excellent, had a pool and fitness room. Cross from walkable Japanese gardens. Short walk to great food and train station

"Rooms are huge for Tokyo, loved having the full wet room with both shower and bath in it. Staff were incredible to deal with every time we needed to talk to them, and everyone we dealt with spoke very good English. Only critique is the thermostat has an absurdly bright green light on it that casts a glow on the whole room, but you can adjust to it pretty quick when trying to sleep."
