"I had a wonderful 5-day stay at this hotel. The staff were consistently friendly, attentive and very helpful-- every request I made from room cleaning to small maintenance needs, was taken care of quickly with a smile. The breakfast selection was excellent as well, with plenty of choices and great quality. If there's anything to improve, it would be the towels. They were clean and smelled fresh, but they looked a bit old and could be updated. There was also one day without cable service during my stay, but it didn't affect my overall experience too much. Overall, I truly enjoyed my stay and and would definitely come back. Highly recommended!"
"I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. It’s budget-friendly, the rooms are clean, cozy, and surprisingly decent for the price. It’s perfect for travelers looking for comfort without spending too much. Location is amazing. It’s a quick walk to MOA and some other malls, restaurants and coffee shops.
What really stood out was the customer service, especially from Glenda at the front desk. She’s very friendly, approachable, and goes out of her way to assist guests, not every receptionist has that kind of warmth and professionalism. Most of the staff are also polite and helpful, which made my stay even better. I like how they put their hands on their chest when they greet the guests.
The only thing I’d suggest is improving the smoking area. Adding a few benches and a small roof or cover would make it more comfortable, especially during rain or strong sun.
Overall, great value for money and wonderful service. Would definitely stay again!"
"Everyone was so helpful and nice, food was great in the rooftop restaurant and cafe. We did use the spa and the ladies were great I’m sorry I’m not good with names, but the two ladies that gave us our massage were really good. Shout out to the front desk beautiful customer service. And thank you John for keeping our room clean. "
