"Superior customer service. i had a very early flight so I will miss breakfast. Raul at the reception made me an espresso so I have something to drink. So thoughtful! Check in and check out was smooth. Everyone at the desk is friendly. The room isn’t very big but efficiently designed typical of Scandinavia. Great location. "

"My stay at Scandic Sondra Kajen was absolutely perfect! The location is very close to the ferry— safe, and with very easy access to public transportation. The breakfast was delicious with plenty of options to start the day right. All the staff were very helpful and friendly, and went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Stockholm!"
