"Firstly I’ve never been to a place where check in is 4pm and totally inflexible not even leaving the luggage. Arrived at 4pm and they made us waited until 4:25pm. Young lady was grumpy like she was having a bad day, horse face and almost no smile. Poor verbal instructions. Very noisy place and you can hear lots of street noises all hours of the night from outside and inside (doors slamming when shutting by other units). "

"I would highly recommend NOT staying at this property and finding a nearby hotel, even it might cost a few euro more. The details of the property are misleading, communication with the administration team is awful, and, all considered, it is overpriced. Unless you enjoy paying high prices to share a bathroom with 5 rooms, I'd search elsewhere. "

"Nice hotel, room was small and not much room to put anything. We were there with our young son and once he'd gone to sleep we could only have our evening in bed, next time we'd book a room with a balcony. Not cheap though, it was fine but felt overpriced"

"The room space is too small . Other than double bed . No space for luggage . The bathroom is tiny , hard to get in the shower space and very slippery , I have to put the towel on the floor make sure I don’t fall.

"The rooms are filthy! They only make the beds and that’s it. They never answer their phone and the rooms don’t have AC. Had to pay the hotel directly instead of through Expedia. They double charged our card after we left and will not refund the double charge and refuse to respond. Stay away from this place, Expedia should not be advertising this place."
