"Lovely friendly staff. Clean rooms. Beautiful bathrooms. Excellent bath products. Espresso machine in the room. Bottled water and delicious cookies free of charge in the room. Lots of restaurants and great shopping close by. Walkable to museums and canal rides. "

"I love this hotel! I normally stay at Marriotts but on a recommendation I booked this hotel for a few days in Amsterdam. Staff is very friendly and helpful. My room was clean and comfortable. The location is wonderful. It’s close to central station and many of the tourist sites in Amsterdam. I was able to walk to all the places I wanted to visit. I would 100% stay here again. "

"We were just there for a day and a half. I unfortunately came down with a cold. But everyone was pleasant and cheerful. We sat outside on the patio area and had drinks. We sat in the bar one night and had cocktails. Did not eat there but the restaurant was inviting. Our room was clean and spacious We had a ”biggie“ room. Loved the decor of the hotel the old with the new that complemented each other. Staff was very informative and helpful. Alice especially. Would certainly stay here again. "
