"This is one of six hotels on the street - you don't which hotel you will be in until you arrive. Bad The AC in the rooms is poor - we changed rooms twice and the lowest it would go to (after many hours) was 24 deg C. Sweaty sleeping. No loungers at the beach (as advertised in the listing) unless you want to play a daily fee. Should be included for hotel guests. Ridiculous sign in (security) for indoor pools (each person must have their own room card and also sign out with it. Multi gendered...

"Our first impressions were less than favorable, but we left feeling much better about our stay. It was very difficult to find the check-in location. And there was no parking or stopping point allowed for convenient access to check in. The room was very nice, but guests need to be aware of the limitations for parking and the fact that there are no elevators leading to the rooms. No assistance was offered to help carry our heavy suitcases up the stairs. The breakfast that was included...

"This hotel is absolutely beautiful, both inside and out. Every amenity you could think of is available, making it the epitome of luxury. The bed and bedding were incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. There are also a lot of great dining options right across from the hotel, in addition to the fantastic restaurants inside. If you're looking for a splurge-worthy experience, this is the place to stay. Five stars for a reason!"

"Hotel close to public and private beach. Neptun part of a bigger hotel-compleks. It was not clear to us how to find the reception which is in one of the other hotels. The hotel has lots of activities (whock we did not use). It's easy (and cheap) to use public transport for visit in Piran where there are lots of restaurants. Conclusion: Good hotel with balcony view to the see/Marina. Close to swimming area in the see."
