"I arrived in late (9:30pm) because of flight delays and the receptionist doing the checkin was very apathetic, to the point of being rude; it felt almost like if my presence there was bothering him. After that I had no issues with anyone, everyone was very formal and correct. Also, watch out for ants in the rooms, never ever bring any food. I always carry some candy in my backpack and was dismayed to discover ants made their way into my backpack when I left. The rest was OK, food was OK,...

"If you like to eat in busy school cafeteria, drink poor cocktails, enjoy screaming kids and sun burnt turistis that reserve the sun beds with their towel from dawn till dusk this is a place for you. Otherwise I recommend to stay away. The whole hotel atmosphere was like a jungle and no peaceful luxury what you might expect from the pictures. Never again. "

"Beautiful hotel and right on the sea front which was lovely to see but you have to get a bus or hire a vehicle/ push bike to get into the centre as it’s far out. Not much choice for

either which was a shame "

"Overall a decent place to stay. The hotel is let down by the relentless desire from staff to close the pool by 6pm, aggressively pulling umbrellas down from 5.40pm and generally feeling like you’re an inconvenience are the pool, whilst on holiday. The hotel is clean, the food is fine (although 3 or 8 of us had food related illness) and the location on the coast is perfect. The views are 5 star but it certainly isn’t a 5 star resort. Wouldn’t return or recommend but it was fine for a week...

"Beautiful location. Checkin was a bit onerous. It seems to cater to an all-inclusive international crowd. We had stayed the week before and enjoyed an upgrade. We decided to re-book on the way back. Unfortunately, the air conditioners in one room were not working well and dripped on the bed and the suitcases. No other rooms were offered. We’re waiting to see if we can get some kind of refund as we couldn’t sleep with water dripping on us."
