8/10 Very good

To be fair, I got the honeymoon sweet, never had flowers on the bed. The first night the staff at night, we're terrible, I trying to find my stuff or even knowing who the people worked for them were But after that, getting to know the certain people at the resort, it was great. We were just on a noisier side. That I wanted, and like I said, honeymoon, sweet, no flowers. No, nothing, just here you go.Kinda suck man

I would not recommend any one staying in here. My son and I were the only African-Americans at this resort for 4 days. There were no other Americans there at all. Usually there is diversity when I travel. Apparently this place is for locals so everyone stared at us the entire time and made us feel very uncomfortable. Also it was a waste of money to pay for an all inclusive resort stay. The food was so horrible we had to take an Uber for each meal to eat somewhere else. The main dining area was unsanitary, there were small brown bugs crawling all over the dining tables and silverware.

6/10 Good

The dining options were great, but the food wasn't the best. Breakfast was a highlight with pancakes and eggs cooked to your liking. However, for a beach hotel, I expected more fruit options. The waiting staff was excellent and very friendly. The drinks were average, and I found myself getting drunk on just one drink. One issue we encountered was the sand in our room. Despite the cleaning efforts, it seemed like the sand was never-ending, and our sheets often had sand in them. Overall, the stay was fair for the price we paid. There are definitely some areas for improvement, but it was an enjoyable trip for my family.

8/10 Very good

I had a mixed experience. The food was average – not great but not terrible either. However, the quality of the alcohol was disappointing. It tasted cheap and nasty, and unfortunately, I ended up getting drunk on the first night. I was intoxicated from 10 pm until 2 pm the next day, which was not a pleasant experience. Another downside was the mildewed smell that seemed to permeate the hotel. It was quite noticeable and detracted from the overall ambiance. On a positive note, the staff was excellent. They were kind and polite, and I'd like to give a special shout-out to Daniel in the dining room. He was always willing to have a conversation and made the dining experience much more enjoyable. Overall, while the hotel has potential, improving the quality of their beverages and addressing the mildewed smell would make a big difference. The staff's friendliness, especially Daniel's, was a highlight of the stay.

Our overall stay was great. The 2 different pools were nice (1 adult pool, 1 all ages pool with music playing and different games being played), loved that they have a buffet which helped us save money on meals, nightly entertainment was great. Staff was super nice, welcoming, and helpful!

2/10 Poor

For context - we stood as a group of women from the US that go to Mexico often and speak spanish. We felt unsafe that none of the rooms had a deadbolt or a safe that had keys. You had to go down to the lobby to request a key. We had to use chairs up against the door to allow ourselves to feel safe as there was not a deadbolt. We felt as if the staff were very rude to us and would make rude remarks when we simply were eating at dinner or when drinking at the bar when we were quiet and polite - not seeking any attention and just trying to relax on our vacation. I would not recommend for any of my family or friends to stay at this resort and I will not be returning.

They need to prepare their guest service and reception staff a lot more, need to be on a more professional level. The Staff at the restaurant area are friendly, Bartenders need more training on a professional level as well. Rooms need an upgrade specially the bathroom door and shower area. After all we where their just to sleep because we had all day tours plan while we visit Puerto Vallarta. I would explore my options more thoroughly.

What I did like was the wait staff in the dining area. Especially two individuals in particular. Oscar and Javier did an amazing job. Very attentive and helpful. The staff at the front counter were rude and unfriendly, starting with the manager by the name of Frank and another individual that unfortunately I didn’t get his name and he was worst of all.
