I recently stayed at the Best Western Plus in Portsmouth, NH, and encountered a significant issue during my visit. Unfortunately, I experienced two separate instances where the doors to my hotel rooms were not functioning properly. After discovering that the second room's door was also broken, I felt concerned for my safety and made the difficult decision to leave the facility rather than stay overnight.
I would like to commend the evening front desk staff member for her exceptional kindness and professionalism throughout this experience. She was understanding and accommodating, which helped to alleviate some of the stress caused by the situation.
While I appreciate the staff's efforts, the security concerns regarding the broken doors are something that the management should address to ensure the safety and comfort of future guests.
