Worse stay ever
When we arrived they told us that the tv was out which wasn’t a big deal. As we got to our room the floors were covered in sand the bed didn’t have the right frames so when we finally laid down the beds fell breaking one of the box spring when it got dark we realized that all the light didn’t work just to find out that all the wire to the light were cut when we went to the office to get a room change they moved us to the next one just to have the toilet not work and the microwave to no have a tray so it would cook our food and there was still sand on the floor

Not the La Quinta you'd expect
Pictures attached to this hotel are not of this La Quinta! Very deceiving. First thing, light didn't work. TV had to be connected manually each use. Phone didn't work. No knob on inside of bathroom door. If it closed you couldn't open it to get out. Carpet was stained and dirty. Tub seam very moldy. Breakfast included?? No food except 1 container that looked like cheerios cereal. Some bread but a dirty toaster. No butter or jams. Nothing hot like the pictures show. Waffle maker was very gross. Can only imagine what the batter container must be like. 3 yogurts and some wayery milk. 1 carafe of coffee but NO sugar or cream.
I will however have to say the staff was friendly.

I was quite disappointed. I chose my stay at this La Quinta because of their reputable chain. However this particular La Quinta was unacceptable. It was run down and not clean. It smelled bad. We had no blankets. The beds did not have sheets. It was bed protector covers. No blankets. Our TV did not work. So we called front desk and they did send somebody to fix but he couldn’t fix it. So he told us to just let front desk know about it.
We went down for breakfast and to our disappointment there was no breakfast. There was some milk I’m guessing for coffee but it was expired.
Needless to say I will never stay there again and will have second thoughts on staying at another LaQuinta.

Terrible decision
The room wasn’t cleaned at all and would cost me $40 to clean. The TV would not work. They kept saying they would change it out but never did. I would never stay there again during a hurricane.

We checked in and went to our room and it smelled like straight up ass! The tv would not work, and I talked to a lady in the lobby and told me her tv hasn’t worked in three days! I immediately checked out and they said that I had to call Expedia to get my money back. I was on hold with Expedia until they hung up on me! Had to pay cash down the street! Thanks a lot hotel’s.com

They refused to honor my 2nd nite statue air conditioning did not work the tv did not work the sheets had black dust on them
I called w in 30 mins of getting into the room. Housekeeping was gone they could not fix the tv. If I moved all my things n came to the front desk I could have the next room but it too didn’t have tv and no lites

During my booking it’s says pet friendly upon pre checkin I noticed there would be a 250 dollar fee for breaking a no pets allowed policy. Request to cancel booking gave me several error messages before giving up I even went into the hotel hopping for clarification on the discrepancy
