We enjoyed the hotel very much but have a few suggestions for the bathroom. There are no hooks for towels as you exit the shower. We had to put our towels on the floor for easy access after showers but not the best solution. Also, when our room was serviced, the staff did not refresh the coffee, creamer or coffee cups. We had to ask for more at the front desk.

Great hotel, great location and great staff.
The hotel is lovely and the reception staff were super friendly. Unfortunately we had to move rooms at midnight during our stay as a pipe burst above our floor and started to flood through the corridors and above our room which was quite scary - the noise of the water woke us rather than being alerted by staff which was slightly disappointing but they were very accommodating when we explained we couldn’t stay in the room and moved us to a lower floor. Next morning there was no hot water to shower. None of this was foreseeable by the staff - just a really unfortunate thing to happen.

Terrible Hotel / No hot water / No Cleaning
I have stayed in Cambria hotel from 14 to 18 of October. The hotel is terrible by all means. The hot water was not supplied due to a malfunction in the system and I had to take cold showers! The water was gone over 12 hours for a specific period! There is a huge construction is going on in front of the hotel and the noise is too much. The hotel was not provided any sort of cleaning, changing towels or removing garbage during the period that I stayed! There is no laundry or ironing service of any kind!!! I have been frauded by Cambria hotel and Hotels.com because I paid 250 usd per night for a room that has no hot water/no cleaning!!! You have been warned!!!! Hotels.com is a fraudulent business company, hotels.com do not provide any support to customers or accepting any responsibility whatsoever!!!! Cambria hotel refuses responsibility and do not refund the money that I paid!!! This is a joint scam by both!

Pleasant stay. Parking is awkward.
Hotel was nice. The staff were friendly enough. The area was okay. It was easy to walk to different restaurants. Parking was a bit awkward to navigate. You can do valet or self-parking (garage) a few blocks away. We didn't want to pay for valet service so we opted to navigate the awkward city parking experience.

Great Stay!
Staff was great! Everything was clean and to my expectations. We were there for an Astro game and it’s literally 2 blocks away at walking distance. So the elevator was very busy after the game. I only noticed 2 elevator working but there were 3 to use. A side note, if you are out late make sure you have your key to enter the building . It’s locked, which I really liked that. The parking is a little over priced in my opinion so we parked next to the building. We have an “oversized” vehicle which they charge extra for but there is a chart for you to see their prices if you choose to use the parking.
