Tight, cramped space,
We had a room with 2 queen beds and it was so tight that 1 side of each bed was against the wall so that the only space to get in or out of the bed was the small space between the two beds. The shower leaked from the knob so bad that the water pressure from the head was poor.

There was a really awful smell on the bed. Like burnt plastic or something. Gave me a massive headache all night. And the bed cover is thin and short and has no warmth. Water pressure is a drizzle on the 7th floor. And the breakfast is okay. The shuttle to the airport is quite convenient tho.

Bad experience
Really bad experience. When we checked in, no was was at the front desk for 30 mins and there was a long time beginning to build up. When we got our room, it was not clean with used towels in the bathroom and a bad smell. When we got our new room, it’s AC kept making a loud noise every 45 minutes for 25 seconds or so each time, throughout the night and we could not sleep at all. I got a bad headache due to the loud noise. Overall, bad experience although the staff was nice. The location is great though
