I stayed at this hotel for one night on my way to Australia and again for one night on my way back. The staff were very friendly and courteous when checking in and out. One staff member stuck out the most to me. Her name is Jay. She was absolutely wonderful! She helped me out with a minor issue regarding my baggage and my room when checking out the first time. Even though it was a minor issue, she went out of her way to take care of it. If I’m ever back in the LA area again, I’ll be staying here again.

First of all, they gave me a really old room Wasn’t cleaning enough And then Air Conditioning breakdown I couldn’t get fixed during the day. The phone wasn’t working at all, and I really want to have a bath and I couldn’t have because it is not possible I didn’t get room service because they’re doing room service every other day, which is not very convenient at all. And then they check me into a new room Okay Most helpful person engineer, she was a girl working very hard to keep the place to get her feel like One of the worst Hilton I ever stay in I’m sure the stuff doing what they can do very friendly and they doing the best they can think the problem with the management
