Okay for the price
Check-in was easy. Room was okay, bed was comfortable. You can tell it's an older hotel and many things could use repair. My room was on the side closest to the interstate, the windows are thin so you could hear traffic at all times. The breakfast is nothing great. There is one toaster with a broken handle. The eggs, potatoes and sausage were all cold both mornings. At least there is the option of free breakfast. It is close to all the parks and the conference center which is a plus. For the price is not bad but could use some improvements.

It served its purpose if you want a clean stay.
It was ok. Bed was fairly comfortable. I work in pest control, so my first thing I do is check for bugs before getting comfortable and touching anything, the beds were pest free and clean. Shower curtain was set up too high and water poured out underneath and got allnover the floor. The water pressure wasnt great. Breakfast was not great. Eggs had the consistency of jello and breakfast meats appeared to be boiled not cooked. Potatoes were chewy. Coffee was horrible. I would suggest drinking tea instead. I dont think the price was great either. Not worth the amount of money they are asking for the rooms. Felt like a clean motel 6.

The elevator was broken for majority of the trip which was a little inconvenient for us but overall wasn’t a bad trip. The breakfast was pretty bland and underwhelming but it was complimentary so I can’t complain too much.

The room was not clean, the carpet was notably dirty. Breakfast is poor. Building conditions shows lack of maintain. They couldn’t give me the room I had paid for, initially they pretended to give me a worse room without paying the difference.

Moldy smell in the room, coming from the bathroom. Cheap doors and windows that didn’t block out the sound of the nightclub next door. You could smell weed whenever we went outside. But, convenient location and cheap. Flooring and paint in the room seemed newer, but not very clean.

When we got to the room there was a huge floor fan blowing twords the a/c and the room smelled like bug spray/mildew. We turned the a/c on and didn’t come back to the room till 3am and the smell was worse and there was a blue fluid leaking from the a/c. I only didn’t ask for a different room because when we were checking in a family member had a reservation for a separate room and I asked the check in lady if she could put us as close together as possible and she told me they were sold out. Other than the rancid smell the room was clean, the facility was clean, the staff interaction was good, it was a semi quiet environment. We did visit Mango’s which is located next door so we walked, that was convenient. If you order DoorDash they’re not allowed to bring it to the room per hotel staff.
