You get what you pay for
I should have paid more for a nicer hotel. The service and the lobby of the hotel was nice with no complaints. The room on the other hand smelt like weed. It was so rundown which the walls were dirty and the furniture in the room was broken. We stayed only 1 night and it was late so we didn’t say anything but we would never stay there again.

Do not recommend this hotel. The whole building is run down and unkept. Needs paint and maintenance all over the place. The floor in our room was filthy. The bathroom fixtures were pulling away from the wall and the closet mirror had a huge crack. Electrical sockets would not hold the plug. And the staff was not overly friendly. We managed ok but I was glad to only stay one night.

Exposed 220 VAC Wiring
Exposed 220 VAC wire on non working heater. Room needed and update, paint peeling, furniture delaminating. They brought us a comforter because out heat didn't work, There was a loud party until 0500. It was really bad, not what I would expect from the Ramada brand. Wanted a refund but of course nobody was avaialble so I was stuck.

They need to invest money into the property to power wash the building. They need to update the rooms and bring it into the 2025. Even if they have to raise the prices. The bathroom looked old, there was rust on the light fixtures. The decor was not appealing.

This is a terrible property in very rundown condition. Heat inoperative (changed room) Noticed many people with no heat complaints (30’s outside). Paint peeling. State of very old and poorly maintained property. Staff was friendly.

Was really hoping to swim but the pool was not heated and it was freezing. It was one of the main reasons we chose that hotel. Was convenient to the airport and some downtown restaurants. Was hoping to find a gluten-free option at breakfast but found none. Room was clean and good size and the bed was comfy.

Unsafe and outdated
They had no power for over 3 hours, no power plant and no emergency lights. Stairs were completely dark and we had to use our phones light to go up the stairs. Checking took 55 minutes to get key card access. The hotel is old and I don’t think it meets the building codes.
