I booked through PayPal got to check inn the made me sign a 100.00 incidentals for as it was New Year’s Eve and they were worried about damages. We traveled all day sick with head colds and went to bed before 8:00 and we are not the party type.

Worst hotel
The hotel was terribly run down and had all kinds of a sketchy people coming and going. It was dirty with dog hair all over. I would not ever stay there again would not recommend it. The pictures on their website are deceiving.

Pre-Christmas layover
The bathroom needed cleaning. Cracker in floor behind the toliet, soiled behind the seat of the toliet. Tub appeared clean but didnt use. Furniture is old but carpet appeared new and bed and pillows very comfortable. Loved how spacious the room was. Appreciated the gal at the front desk giving us a room on the top floor which was a request. It certainly was a good valve. Breakfast was good.

Horrible- filthy
Has not been cleaned properly in a long time. Do not look up. Someone else’s hair in the shower and on floor. Not enough towels. Everything in the room I touched was broken. (Chair shower main door). Significantly over priced and will never frequent a Shilo hotel again.

Out of their way helpful
They were understaffed and the shuttle driver wasn’t available when I needed to go to the airport at 4 AM so the counter clerk literally went and put a “be right back” sign up and drove me to the airport. I was so appreciative and impressed.
