Most of the satay was okay. Had a couple cocktail mishaps, the bar closest to theCheck in had ice that tasted like sewer, when I told the bartender he reluctantly made another drink and charged for it. The Other bars were much better. The most disappointing part of my stay was check out, the woman at the counter was extremely rude. Favorite part of my trip was the Sphere.

Terrible decision
The cleanliness of our first room was awful! Hair clogged the shower drain was disgusting! There was hair all over the bathroom floor! The desk was filthy with bodily fluids! The lamps were extremely dirty and the mirror hadn’t been cleaned. The hotel shows signs of age and must have been a smoking hotel before changing the rules. Nicotine on walls and smell is quite evident.

Good Enough, but massive updates needed.
Hotel is really dated, and the ventilation system leaves the common areas smelling like smoke. There are areas of the hotel which are downright dirty, and the casino cleaning staff can't keep up. Elevators are slow, and it can be hard to get one during check out times. Room while older was spacious and the cleaning staff for the rooms was excellent. Truthfully, just ok.

Nothing to complain about!
I was really pleased with the quality of the room. We booked pyramid premier king rooms and were given equivalent rooms in the tower. They were very comfortable and clean and had a marvelous tub. The staff was polite and accommodating and housekeeping was quick to bring extra blankets and towels, even when we told them they could take their time since we were leaving and would be back in the evening. The hotel is a perfectly fine location if you don't mind walking. One day we walked through the casinos all the way to the Flamingo and took a tram back, then had dinner in NY NY. We liked the froyo stand by the Starbucks, which was expensive (like everything) but a nice treat. In my opinion the Luxor is a fine option for a moderately priced Vegas stay. I have no complaints whatsoever.
