Purposeful False Advertisement.
We ordered a room with the first picture being a room with an open bathroom and jacuzzi next to the bed, I purchased what I thought was the room with a jacuzzi. We end up getting there and the room being nothing close to what was advertised (completely dingy and unclean) and no jacuzzi, the guy at the front desk is very nonchalant about the issue and basically said it happens all the time and we should’ve read the entire room description to make sure the jacuzzi was included insinuating it’s our fault. I just wanted a refund due to the fact there where no open rooms with a jacuzzi until Monday (it was Friday) and it just felt disgusting being in the room I was for that short amount of time we where there, I was then told it would take 3-5 BUSINESS days to get my refund, due to it being Friday I now have to wait 5-7 days until I get my money back, funny how they can take it within seconds but u have to wait a week to get refunded.
