Art Deco Gem on the Beach
Avalon Hotel made our first trip to Miami Beach a memorable one! It’s a cool historic Art Deco hotel with a fun vibe. It sits across from the beach in a great location on Ocean Drive. We had drinks and enjoyed the nightly live music there, and also we could walk to restaurants in both directions. Didn’t need a car. Hotel staff was very accommodating and helpful. The only hiccup was the walls are thin and at 2:00am the first night the guests next door were talking loudly. I went down to the desk clerk and they took care of it. Was the only time. Otherwise a wonderful stay.

Punching above it's weight
Tiny boutique hotel with an outstanding location on Ocean Drive steps from the beach. Whilst the windows are largely air tight and keep a lot of the sound out, it is never going to be 100%. So ideally try for a room higher up! Service on the whole was absolutely brilliant. Highly recommended.

I loved the old south Beach Miami look. Updated but kept the charm. Staff was amazing and the location couldn’t be better. The food was delicious and loved the view inside and outside the restaurant. Had an ocean view recommend it and it wasn’t noisy. I’ll definitely be back.
